Sending and Delivery

Delivery time

Within the Netherlands

Orders will be delivered as soon as possible. In principle we strive to deliver all orders placed within 24-72 hours. The delivery time is an indication and therefore no rights can be derived from this.

Within Europe

The delivery period for countries within Europe differs per country. ‘Standard delivery’ takes approximately 7-12 days and ‘priority delivery’ takes approximately 3-5 days.

Outside Europe

‘Standard delivery’ outside Europe takes approximately 10-15 days and ‘priority delivery’ takes approximately 6-9 days.

Availability from our own stock

In principle, all products are directly available. When a product is sold out, 2M will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail to find a solution.

Delivery time for payment in advance

When paying in advance, please allow 1-3 additional days transfer time. When we receive your payment your order will be sent immediately.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on the size of the order, destination and payment method.

Track your order online (Netherlands only)

Using the TNT packet-code, you can track your order on the TNT post website. You can find your code in the order confirmation.

Not at home (Netherlands only)

When you’re not at home to receive your order, it will be offered again the next day. If you miss this as well you will be able to pick up your order at the postal office for 3 weeks after this occurs.

Payment & Prices

Prices

All prices are in Euros and include VAT. Shipment charges are not included and depend on destination and shipping method. Payments can be made using iDEAL or payment in advance.

iDEAL (Netherlands only)

If you have access to internet-banking (ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank or Fortis) then you can make use of iDEAL, an easy and safe method of paying. iDEAL makes use of your own bank account, it is fast, simple, safe and free.

Payment in advance

When paying in advance  the order amount the amount is transfered through a bank transfer to our account. For example using internet banking via your bank. • Paying in advance is safe and is free of additional costs. • Please take 1-3 days transfer time into account.  • Always indicate your order number when transferring the money. Your ordernumber can be found in the order confirmation.  • When we receive your payment, a confirmation will be sent to you and your order will be sent out the same day.Indicate your ordernumber on you transfer. Your order

How to place your order

Placing an order at skunkx.com is quick and easy following the steps indicated by the webshop. Areas followed with an asterix (*) are obligatory. After you have placed your order you will receive the order status via e-mail.

Order confirmation

When your order is received, you will be sent an order confirmation e-mail with an order overview, order number and package code. If you do not receive order confirmation e-mail, please check the spam box in your e-mail account. If you still haven’t received the order confirmation e-mail please contact us using the contact form on our website skunkx.com or e-mail us at support@skunkx.com.

Payment confirmation

When paying in advance you will receive a payment confirmation e-mail 1-3 days after the payment was placed.

Sending confirmation

When your order has been sent, you will receive a sending confirmation e-mail with a TNT package code (Netherlands only). This code enables you to track your order on the TNT website.

Cancellation or change

If you want to cancel or change an existing order, then please contact us. You can send us an e-mail at support@skunkx.com or use the contact from on our website.

If you can not find the information you’re looking for please don’t hesitate to contact us! You can do this through the contact form on the website skunkx.com or via support@skunkx.com, we will try to answer your e-mail within 24 hours on workdays.

Return & Exchange

When you have ordered your Skunkx at Skunkx.com, you have the right to make use of the right of withdrawal within 14 workdays after delivery of the product without reporting the reasons for returning or a financial penalty. Please consult us before you return your Skunkx for returning instructions. Products and packaging must be original, complete and undamaged to be returned. Also, all documentation, warranty statements and packaging materials have to be returned. Skunkx have to be returned in the same state as they were when received by you.

The costs for delivering (delivery charges) & returning will not be compensated.

We will deposit the amount you have paid for your Skunkx through bank transfer within ten (10) workdays. You can request a return item (f.e. different size or color). When we receive your Skunkx, it can take up to 30 days to complete the return.

To return or change your Skunkx, you need a returning code. You can find the retuning code in the confirmation e-mail from Skunkx customer service after issueing your return. Please see the instructions below for more detailed information.

Return instructions

  1. Contact us about exchanging or returning your Skunkx through the contact form on skunkx.com.
  2. A confirmation e-mail with returning code will be sent to you by e-mail.
  3. Follow the instructions in the e-mail to exchange or return your Skunkx.
  4. When we receive your Skunkx, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
  5. We will exchange your Skunkx (if in stock) or deposit the purchase money within 10 work days.

Warranty and defects

Defects at delivery

Please carefully check and inspect your Skunkx right after delivery. Complaints and/or defects concerning the Skunkx or delivery that are externaly visible should be reported to us within 7 working days after delivery (or within 7 working days after the invoice date when the product was not delivered directly to you). Please contact us through e-mail at support@skunkx.com or use the contact form on our website.

Warranty

The electronics used in Skunkx® footwear are under warranty for six (6) months. Materials are under warranty for three (3) months. This does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear. Slight dye transfer may occur with darker colored Skunkx during first few wears. Lighter colored Skunkx may pickup inks from clothing which they come in contact with. This discoloration is not covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty.

Because Skunkx are made of natural materials, there may be some irregularities and variations in color and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine natural materials and add to the beauty and character of the footwear. These characteristics may cause variations in the fit and wear of some Skunkx products. These irregularities and variations are not covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty. To return your Skunkx you need a returning code. You can find the retuning code in the confirmation e-mail from Skunkx customer service after notifying your return. Please see the warranty instructions below for more detailed information.

Excluded from warranty

Warranty does not cover the problems that are the result of the following situations:

  • Problems that arise from normal wear and tear.
  • When changes/adjustments are applied to the Skunkx, including repairs that are done without the permission of 2M.
  • When the original invoice is missing or is unreadable.
  • When problems are caused by inappropriate use.
  • When the problems are willfully caused or the problems are the result of negligent maintenance and/or carelessness.
